Reaching complete charge in 50 minutes, the Dual Motor Kegel System runs for 45 minutes on high speed and 70 minutes on low speed. The stimulator must be activated to pair with the remote. A flashing LED light will indicate the stimulator is activated. Ensure the stimulator is deactivated after each use to preserve battery life. The stimulator will automatically deactivate after 30 minutes of inactivity. The LED light will flash while charging and glow solid when fully charged.

Fully charge product before use. Battery life depends on frequency and speed of use. We recommend fully charging your product once every 6 months. 

To use the stimulator independently: 1. Press and hold the button on the stimulator for 3 seconds to activate; a flashing LED light will indicate the stimulator is activated. 2. Press the button to turn on vibrations. 3. Press the button repeatedly until the desired function is reached. 4. To turn off vibrations and deactivate stimulator, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The LED will turn off.

To use with remote: 1. Press and hold the button on the stimulator for 3 seconds to activate; a flashing LED light will indicate the stimulator is activated. 2. Using the remote, press the XO button once to turn on vibrations. 3. Press the XO button on the remote repeatedly until the desired function is reached. 4. To turn off vibrations, press and hold the XO button on the remote for 3 seconds. 5. To deactivate, press and hold button on the stimulator for 3 seconds.
