Shipping & Returns
Sales representatives are available by phone everyday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm PST and may be reached at (480) 507-3496. You may send an email to [email protected] 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will will respond to your email by the next business day. Our Sales Representatives are extraordinarily friendly and very knowledgeable about the products offered at Groove. We do not offer satisfaction returns so please call us and we can help you select the products that are right for you.
Privacy and Security
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to protect the security of online transactions. SSL is the industry standard for providing the most reliable protection of consumer information. All of your personal information is encrypted (and therefore unreadable) by SSL as it travels over the Internet, including your credit card number, name and address.
In order to place your first order online, simply add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you are finished, click the checkout button and proceed to complete the order. We highly recommend registering an account for ease of future shopping. You may have your order shipped to the address of your choice in the United States or you may pick up your order at the Groove store in Gilbert, Arizona. We do not ship internationally.
We will conduct phone orders for disabled persons or persons without internet access. Please call 480-507-3496 to place a phone order. Please do your best to have product names ready, along with your credit card number and expiration date.
Mail or Fax Orders
We do not fulfill orders received by mail and we don't believe that fax machines have a right to exist. Therefore we strongly encourage all of our customers to place orders online or via telephone.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Your credit card information is 100% secure. All information included with your order is encrypted for privacy while in transit. Credit card charges will show up on your statement as "BOP, LLC. dba Groove".
Refusal of Service
BOP LLC. dba Groove reserves our right to refuse service to any persons at any time.
Groove ships packages in discreet brown boxes with no branding and the return shipping label addressee is BOP, LLC in Gilbert, Arizona (our store location). Credit card charges will appear on your account as Bop, LLC. dba Groove. We utilize UPS and USPS as shipping carriers. Shipping options include standard, express and and two-day delivery. Orders may also be picked up at your preferred Groove store.
The charge for shipping your order is determined by your destination and the delivery time you have chosen. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping option. Additional charges may apply for oversize items. Additional charges may apply to packages destined for Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery time based on destination
Delivery times and charges may vary based on destination. We ship from our store in Gilbert, Arizona so east coast deliveries require several more business days for delivery than west coast destinations. Expedited delivery times are available to you for a reasonable fee.
- Standard shipping may arrive within 7 business days or less depending on destination but delivery time is not guaranteed.
- Expedited shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 5 business days or less depending on destination.
- 3 Day will arrive within 3 business days.
- 2 Day shipping will arrive within 2 business days.
- 1 Day will arrive within 1 business day. Rush shipping same day processing based on 12 pm PST cutoff.
- We are sorry, but Saturday delivery is not available because we have encountered too many issues with product not arriving for special events and we hate to disappoint our guests.
- PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses can only use Economy or Expedited shipping times and will be delivered by US Mail.
Bop, LLC dba Groove is not responsible for lost/stolen items and packages with a confirmed delivery status, or any package seized by customs, pirates, envious neighbors or those simply lost in transit. We are not able to insure packages shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).
Shipping on Out-Of-Stock Items
There are times when our inventory counts may not be perfect or an item will sell in our store at the same time as an order is placed online. Ideally all ordered items are in stock as listed on inthegroove.com and they will be shipped at once. If some items are not in-stock then the shipment of in-stock items may be delayed in order to ship with the backordered items. At our discretion, we may send your order in multiple shipments or substitute for similar items.
Order Fulfillment Time
Standard Shipping can take up to 7 to 10 business days in the lower 48 States depending on destination. We process orders between 24 to 48 hours after order is placed online depending on day and time. If order is placed online on a weekend or after 12 noon PST on a Friday then order processing will not happen until the following business day. If you place an order on a Thursday or Friday and have not paid for Next Day delivery then you will not receive your package until the following week. Rush orders placed on a Friday for regular Next Day Delivery will be delivered on the next business day which is Monday only if you placed your order before 12 noon PST on that previous Friday.
Overnight and Second-Day Shipping
When calculating time-frames for overnight or second-day delivery, please be aware that we ship Monday through Friday. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed before 12:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday, will ship that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will ship the next business day. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed after 12:00 pm PST on Friday will ship on Monday (the next business day). Examples:

We do not provide satisfaction returns. Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days on non-personal use items as long as they are in brand new condition with tags still attached. Personal use items purchased online or at our retail store may not be returned unless the item has a manufacture defect. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. Online orders may be returned to the store and vice versa, but all online returns must be pre-approved, so please call or email for your Return Authorization number. Please contact us at (480) 507-3496 between 10am and 7pm everyday or email us at [email protected] to coordinate a return.We cannot process any returns, exchanges, or credits without hearing from you first and giving you a Return Authorization #. We cannot process any returns that are dirty, badly broken, or obviously tampered with due to health and sanitary reasons.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- Special orders
- Silicone dildos or non-vibrating items
- Strap-on Harnesses
- Glass, Stainless Steel, Metal or Wood items
