These pre-moistened wipes are anti-bacterial and ANTI-VIRAL and DO contain medical-grade ingredients. The Chlorhexidine Gluconate ingredient has anti-viral activity and anti-fungal properties. It is also a clinically important antiseptic, disinfectant and preservative. This ingredient is used in hospitals to clean skin and instruments prior to surgery. It is broad spectrum, has a fast kill-rate and is a potent membrane-active agent against bacteria...meaning it is safe on skin.

Another ingredient, Dehydroacetic Acid is also an anti-bacterial AND anti-fungal ingredient in these wipes. Both of these ingredients are non-irritating to skin and non-allergy causing. The aloe and the other natural botanicals will actually condition and soothe the skin. They are gentle, pH Balanced and safe for use with babies, intimate areas and most solid surfaces.
